Anand Mohabir is the founder and CEO of Elteni. Fueled by his passion for everything technology, security, and compliance, Anand has spent the last 20 years acquiring a wealth of knowledge across these domains.
His hunger for knowledge and determination to turn information into action has contributed to his successes at the various firms he worked at. Anand has learned through his experiences that there is a solution to every problem, so he endeavors to always find a way to solve them.
Previously, Anand spent over three years as Managing Director at ACA Aponix, the cybersecurity division of ACA Compliance group, providing consultative services for over 100 financial services firms, where his primary focus was to provide a high level of service and developing strong bonds with his clients. He was instrumental in the development and enhancement of several products and services that clients rely on today. Prior to that, he was CTO of Adams Hill Partners, Director of Technology at Massif and Labranche Structured Products, Senior Systems and Network Engineer at JAT Capital and Diamondback Capital. In addition, Anand was with Duff Capital, Frontpoint Partners, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, and ran his own consulting company, AIO Networks.
Anand currently holds the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), CREST Registered Penetration Tester (CREST CRT (PEN)), Cyber Maturity Model Certification Registered Practitioner (CMMC-AB RP), and Certified Ethical Hacker (C|EH) designations and was formerly a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
Anand is an education committee member of the (ISC)² Long Island, New York Chapter and is also a member of Infragard. He also volunteers his time to mentor college students and graduates looking to start their careers in cybersecurity.
